With more than 20 years of experience across the mortgage lending, homebuilding, and residential real estate industries, McCalle Fryar brings a relationship-driven approach to business development at Polunsky Beitel Green. She has built lasting partnerships with builders, lenders, and real estate professionals, using her strengths in communication, marketing, and public speaking to connect people, strengthen brands, and create new business opportunities.
Prior to joining PBG, McCalle spent more than two decades with a leading national home warranty company, where she managed and grew key builder relationships throughout Texas and surrounding markets. She began her career in mortgage lending, which gave her firsthand knowledge of the lending process and a strong understanding of the needs and challenges facing today’s mortgage and real estate professionals.
McCalle is deeply involved in the Texas housing industry and has been active in several builders’ associations. She is also a longtime supporter of HomeAid, serving in leadership and volunteer roles.
McCalle earned a B.S. in Mass Communication from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State University). Outside of work, McCalle and her husband, Mike, are active in their community and enjoy supporting their daughters. She also has a special place in her heart for animals of all kinds.
