Daniel reviews and prepares a variety of documents for residential mortgage loans, work he performed at Polunsky Beitel Green as a document preparation specialist before returning to the firm as an attorney. He brings over a decade of hands-on experience with deeds of trust, mortgage notes, title instruments, and other closing documents, giving him a practical view of the paperwork on which lenders rely. 

Before his licensure as an attorney, Daniel served as a law clerk and legal intern in the energy industry, where he conducted legal research, negotiated business issues, and drafted contracts tied to oil and gas operations across four states. He also gained experience in Texas residential leasing with the Neighborhood Defender Service, assisting with tenant representation and landlord negotiations. 

Daniel earned his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
