Jackson brings a comprehensive background in title insurance and real estate law to his work at Polunsky Beitel Green. He spent nearly two years as associate underwriting counsel at a title insurance company, where he provided underwriting guidance on title insurance and settlement services and drafted underwriting standards and client communications. Before that, he prepared and reviewed recordable documents for county submission as a recording escrow assistant, giving him a ground-level understanding of the real estate closing process. 

In his prior practice, Jackson also gained experience in estate planning and business entity formation, drawing wills, trusts, and probate documents, as well as overseeing and resolving litigation matters.   

Jackson earned his J.D. from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and holds a B.A. in Political Science from LSU. He is licensed to practice in Texas and was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in 2025.
