Jason serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Polunsky Beitel Green. In this role, Jason manages the help desk, software engineering, system administration, and e-closing functions of the business and leads the governance, prioritization, and execution of technology initiatives.
Prior to joining PBG, Jason served as the Head of Mortgage Technology at a large U.S. bank. In that role, Jason led the development, acquisition, and maintenance of over 100 applications in support of the mortgage business. Jason was responsible for software development and acquisition, vendor management, strategic technology direction, process management, system availability, and business continuity.
Over his 30+ year career, Jason has led strategic technology initiatives in a variety of financial service industries, including P&C insurance, investment management, and life insurance. He has served as programmer, architect, director, and Executive.
Jason holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a master’s degree from the University of Texas San Antonio.
