As chief technology officer, Prasad oversees the firm’s IT network environment and leads the development team responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and industry-leading applications. He brings more than 25 years of technology leadership experience across mortgage servicing, mortgage originations, financial services, and enterprise digital transformation – including significant expertise in cloud platforms, data engineering, and AI-driven automation.
He previously led a national mortgage & financial services technology practice where he architected verticalized GenAI solutions for intelligent document processing, agentic call summarization, automated due-diligence workflows, and enterprise data platforms. His earlier leadership roles at Wells Fargo, Rushmore Loan Management, and Mr. Cooper included modernizing large-scale servicing systems, delivering cloud migrations, and supporting loan portfolios of more than four million loans.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and advanced certifications in artificial intelligence and data analysis.
