Polunsky Beitel Green LLP, the nation’s largest transactional residential mortgage lending law firm, announced today that Jeanine LaMay Kay has joined its business development team, based in the firm’s Dallas office. Kay brings more than 20 years of experience across residential real estate, mortgage lending, title insurance, and homebuilding, with deep expertise in strategic growth, channel partnerships, and client relationship management.
In her new role, Kay will work closely with PBG’s attorneys and client service teams to strengthen existing client relationships and support the firm’s continued national growth.
“Jeanine has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and driving growth in complex, relationship-driven markets,” said PBG Principal Marty Green. “Her experience across the homebuilder and title insurance industries gives a broad perspective that will serve our clients well as we continue to grow.”
Before joining PBG, Kay spent more than 10 years at 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty, a division of Frontdoor, Inc., most recently as vice president of business development, overseeing revenue and growth for the central region and the company’s largest national builder accounts. In that role, she more than tripled the company’s Texas market share over five years, from less than 5% to more than 15%, and built a team focused on business development.
Before joining 2-10, Kay worked for more than a decade at First American Financial Corporation, where she held a series of leadership roles spanning national accounts, sales operations, market intelligence, and strategic initiatives.
“I’ve watched PBG’s name come up again and again across the homebuilding and lending world as a firm people trust,” said Kay. “Making the move here felt like a natural next step, and I’m excited to help the firm deepen those relationships even further.”
Kay holds an MBA from the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine, and a B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Idaho. She also holds a Property & Casualty Insurance License from the Texas Department of Insurance, serves on the executive board of HomeAid North Texas, and previously served on the board of Professional Women in Building for the Dallas Builders Association.
Her announcement follows the arrival of Kimberly Friesenhahn, who joined PBG’s business development team in February.
