Industry veteran brings more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience in digital transformation, AI innovation, and data-driven technology leadership
SAN ANTONIO – December 2, 2025 – Polunsky Beitel Green LLP, the nation’s leading law firm representing residential mortgage lenders, today announced that Prasad Kodibagkar has joined the firm as Chief Technology Officer. Kodibagkar brings more than three decades of experience modernizing technology ecosystems across the mortgage industry, including pioneering work in digital transformation, real-time AI use cases, omnichannel customer engagement, and enterprise data architecture.
“We are thrilled to welcome Prasad, whose deep technical expertise and industry-leading vision make him one of the most talented and respected technology leaders in mortgage lending today,” said Allan Polunsky, managing partner and founder of Polunsky Beitel Green. “PBG has long been at the forefront of modernizing mortgage compliance and operational efficiency, and Prasad’s arrival positions us to accelerate that work and expand our capabilities in AI, automation, and data-driven innovation at a pivotal moment for our industry.”
Kodibagkar has led technology modernization at some of the mortgage industry’s most recognized institutions. He spent nearly a decade at Mr. Cooper, where he led enterprise-wide digital and data transformation – re-architecting customer-facing platforms, optimizing back-office operations, and building the company’s modern infrastructure for data, analytics, and omnichannel engagement. He later served as CIO at Rushmore and CTO of Wells Fargo Home Lending Technology. Most recently, he led mortgage-focused AI, digital, and data strategy in the consulting sector. Kodibagkar is a recognized industry voice on generative AI and real-time AI applications in mortgage lending, having spoken on the topics at high-profile industry events, including the 2025 Mortgage Bankers Association’s national conference.
Kodibagkar will lead PBG’s rapidly expanding technology strategy, including the firm’s investments in automation, AI-enabled document analysis, data analytics, and innovative compliance technology. His work will strengthen the firm’s ability to deliver faster, more accurate solutions to mortgage lenders nationwide.
Kodibagkar said he was drawn to PBG by its unique position in the mortgage ecosystem and its commitment to innovation.
“PBG is not a traditional law firm but a fintech organization at the heart of mortgage lending,” he said. “The firm sits at the intersection of compliance, data, and operational complexity, and has a tremendous opportunity to leverage emerging technologies to simplify processes, lower friction, and deliver greater value to lenders. I’m excited to help advance PBG’s technology vision and build the next generation of intelligent, data-empowered solutions for our clients.”
