Friesenhahn brings more than two decades of experience driving strategic growth and expanding market presence across the residential real estate and mortgage banking landscape
SAN ANTONIO – February 9, 2026 – Polunsky Beitel Green, LLP, Texas’ leading residential mortgage law firm, announced today that Kimberly Friesenhahn has joined its business development team in San Antonio. Friesenhahn brings more than 20 years of experience across residential real estate and mortgage lending, with deep expertise in strategic growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening client relationships.
In her new role, Friesenhahn will work closely with PBG’s attorneys and client service teams to deepen client engagement, cultivate new partnerships, and advance the continued growth of the firm’s national mortgage lending client base.
“Kimberly is a highly respected industry professional with a proven ability to drive growth and build lasting client relationships,” said PBG principal Marty Green. “Her broad background spanning business development, lending operations, and compliance gives her a unique perspective that will be incredibly valuable to our clients and our firm as we continue to grow and evolve.”
Friesenhahn most recently served as Director of Residential Real Estate Business Development at Broadway National Bank, where she led business development strategy across the residential real estate channel and delivered significant year-over-year growth. In that role, she represented the organization at industry events nationwide, directed marketing initiatives, and oversaw performance metrics to drive sustainable growth.
Prior to Broadway National Bank, Friesenhahn spent more than a decade at JPMorgan Chase, where she served as the primary liaison between the consumer direct lending division and retail branches. She also previously served in a quality assurance and compliance leadership role at World Savings Bank, overseeing pre- and post-closing review processes and ensuring regulatory and investor compliance across the loan lifecycle.
“Polunsky Beitel Green has long been recognized as a trusted partner to mortgage lenders nationwide,” Friesenhahn said. “I’m excited to join a firm so deeply committed to client service, industry leadership, and innovation, and I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success.”
Friesenhahn holds a degree in business administration from San Antonio College. Her announcement follows the arrival of Prasad Kodibagkar, who joined as PBG’s chief technology officer at the end of 2025.
